RE: Supercooled memory?
First, I should start off by stating that I am not an electrical engineer. So, if my premise is wrong, please don't flame me!

If my understanding is on the spot; this problem is due to an incorrect assumption that the contents of RAM "go away" on power loss. These researchers seem to show RAM behaves differently that previously thought. So, if the issue is the persistence of retained memory contents, why do add code to the BIOS that wipes out the contents of RAM both at boot, and at shutdown??? Realistically, how much code would be required to zero fill every RAM location. A couple of hundred bytes???
