My school district works almost exclusively with Dell computer products. Calling in to get warrranty service sometimes is a nightmare...speaking with someone from India or Pakistan or some country that speaks English barely or not at all. Trying to get across a point that you have already tried that fix and it did not work.
Lately Dell needs to fix their customer service or people will buy a different brand just to get the customer service.
