Microsoft will not negotiate with "Web 2.0" companies...
Microsoft has no reason to negotiate. Companies should feel honored to be a buyout target of Microsoft. These Yahoos would gain access to the MS Company Store, Vista Enterprise with auto/activation and access to the latest and greatest beta software. My rep takes me to the company store every now and then and I load up on Microsoft polo shirts, Microsoft hats, Microsoft golf balls and XBOX 360 games. When one of my MCSEs asked to go, my rep told him trips to the MS Store were an honor and privilege, not a right just bestowed upon him. Then we jumped in his Porsche and went for lunch. Believe me, SteveB has a plan to destroy Yahoo. Microsoft is on a mission here. My rep said they have physical proof of SteveB's hatred of Yahoo now: a wall with a chair stuck in it and Yahoo spray painted in blood red.
