Etoy vs. Etoys
I've read the book, but I still side with the "anarchist" artists against the dot-com company. Sure, the artists are no angels, and have problems themselves, but the fact remains that they had their domain well before Etoys existed, so Etoys had no right whatsoever to use the legal system to try to shut down the artists' site. I don't have to personally like the artists or their attitude to feel that they're right in this particular case.
