Well, no matter how they do it, Yahoo will lose a lot of good people.
But, this deal will keep us entertained for some time to come. First, there will be the long process of the takeover, with important employees leaving at various times, then when the deal finally closes, there will be another large group leaving. Finally, they will trickle out after the deal closes. And, then there will be all of the laughter as MS tries to decide what to do with all of those darn BSD servers and the applications that run on them. And, it will be VERY interesting to see what Google does during all of this.

Oh, let us not forget the regulatory approval process!!
