I know this sounds shallow but it's no iPhone is it? What an ugly looking thing!!

As much as functionality is important, partner manufacturers are going to have to benchmark against the iPhone in terms of both ease of use and aesthetics - to my mind, a complicated looking keyboard and horrible design meets neither of these criteria.
