- I totally agree that the technology (whichever you use) is only part of the story, and figuring out and implementing the business logic is the bigger task. Just on more point: Be aware that you change the way people do their day-to-day work. If you just connect your system without buy-in from the users you have achieved nothing. This applies especially if some people now have added workload to streamline the processes while others benefit. Imagine who's all for it, and who is rather less enthusiastic.
