Yes, Google is certainly engaging in misdirection. They WANT this deal to
go through. They understand game theory very well!! The more they oppose it, the harder that MS will try to complete the deal, and the higher the bidding will go. They will think that they are "winning" one on Google. Then, Google can sit back and laugh as BSD engineers leave in droves and the wheels come off.
