My experience.
In my case, im working on a restrictive database, where the only permission possible is to be able to read some tables, also there are a sysadmin monitoring all external transaction. The funny part is when i need to change some programming code, i need to ask permission to do any change and only can be applied on a absurd schedule BUT nobody check the code, i can put a trojan/backdoor inside the code, in fact i did PUT a backdoor for debug purpose and nobody have a clue about it. wink
