Followers and Leaders
MSFT hasn't been a leader since Windows '95. (still their best OS). They have followed trends every since. Vista followed OS X, XBOX followed Playstation, and Zune followed the iPod. Theres nothing particularly wrong with following, especially if you're a fat, bloated, inagile company such as MSFT. It helps the entire sector if MSFT stays out of tryimg to innovate, leaving it in the hands of fitter firms. Vista, best OS ever made!!?? Sure if you like overstuffed code thats still riding outdated DOS. And XBOX is cool if you want to buy all the extras (HD DVD player, which by the way will go the way of Betamax) that make it comparable (in features) with the PS3. Finally, the Zune, as gigantic bricks of plastic go they're great, if I wanted to carry a 1950's jukebox around. You MSFT supporters are like Bush supporters; even when all evidence shows a better contrary view you insist on keeping your head in the sand, displying some misplaced loyalty that will not be returned. These are the purveyors of short-term, non-visionary unsustainable ideas. Stand aside, and let leaders lead.
