If this went through this would make Microsoft the strongest player in IT today! They would be a powerhouse that can't be stopped. Microsoft has the OS position, Yahoo has the search and services position. If I was either Microsoft's or Yahoo's competition I'd be pooping bricks right now. Smart move by Microsoft and will gain them even more of a customer base for web based services.

Competition, gotta love it!
