Thanks. I thought the last reactor was only licensed in a monitor mode, or something like that. I got the impression that it was just being watched, but not actively producing power.

My concern has always been - how do you shut one down and remove the facility when it is no longer practical to maintain it. I asked that question more than 40 years ago when they built a facility here in Canada. I still haven't got a clear answer.
