Too much persons, too little on productivity
The number of productive workers vs the number of non-productive workers is dim. For example a business that build cars, you have 5'000 workers plus 75 robots building cars but you also have 30'000 to 50'000 non productive persons such secretary, executives, CEO, VICE, janitors, sales, finances and such.

So today: are workers productive?. Yes.
And, are business productive?. No.

The funny parts is that when a business start losing money, the very first action is to fire productive workers.
