Seriously poor article
The author really doesn't know what he's doing. The
part identified as a light is actually the AirPort antenna.
The glowing display lid is created by the translucent
plastics and the LCD backlight, not a separate part. The
AirPort card slot is identified as PCMCIA. While the
physical connector is the same, the pinout is
completely different and the interface is incompatible.
People who might attempt to plug a PCMCIA card into
that slot based on the information here will risk
serious damage to their machine and PCMCIA card. In
general, I'm confused why someone who obviously
knows very little about this machine would write this.
