weak in review....why isn;t anyone noting that apple isn;t actually doing anything except trying to keep people locked into their sandbox?
or is this like going after scrabulous when it is an added ap...but not a fb ap..independently developed. 545k users. satirised in wired.com.
hasbro and mattel could have created it, can create a competitor. or could be going after the devlopers for ashare of the royalties....or...is scrabble "too old" to be covered any laws except the tm of the name?
