I hope MS wins this one, and if they don't I think all they really need to do is buy up majority of Walmart and then they will own China indirectly.
Funny how China owns the US through Walmart and the US owns China through other industries. Seems that if MS was to file a case against pirated software they should be able to finacially take over a good portion of Asia & Middle East.
