Okay, the primary method for spyware installation is through MS Activex. Now passing a law that makes the appropriate company responsible to fix the problem is a much better solution IMO. Will SP2 fix the malware/spyware problem? Only time will tell...

Reguardless I still wish these spyware companies could be prosecuted.
