ISPA is Wrong Bill Trial Lawyers Dream
True it makes it a crime to do certain things... I compare these acts with "home invasion" and "theft". Neither one should be tolerated by law!.

But alas, the word "Intentionally" in the Bill means you have to prove in a court of law that the invader into your life had "intent" to do wrong. (DUMB!) Not just that he was invading an area of your home computer where he was not invited!
