Not only that, but Don's been telling us for years that if we don't like the terms of the EULA we shouldn't use the software. If the software comes with some other product (e.g. notebook computer or television set) we always have the choice of not buying it.

It looks from here as though Amazon, Microsoft, Dell, etc. are fighting Don's fight for him. They're representing his wishes by pressuring Congress to leave them free to negotiate terms and conditions with him without interference from no-nothing twits in Washington.
