Um, why is it the wrong bill?
Pardon my asking but what exactly is wrong with the bill as it stands? Corporations won't be able to collect data without my EXPRESS permission? So what? I LIKE that idea and I don't care who the corporation is.

There is absolutely NO REASON any software that really needs to "phone home" can't present the user with the option and a COMPLETE description of the data being requested.

Does that ruin certain marketing opportunities? You bet it does and that is EXACTLY what I want.
