You miss the point
Creating a better product and offering it at a good price is not an unfair practice you wrote. That is not what this case is about.

Intel forced PC companies all over the world NOT TO BUY AMD when AMD had the best CPU a couple of years ago? That is what this case is about.

They already lost in courts in Japan for this practice and are now on trial in EU where I hope they will lose and forced to pay AMD huge amounts of money. (AMD could use some right now.)

Fair competition is good. But when a bigger competitor uses FOUL tactics to harm competition such as forcing PC makers to buy Intel only (STAY AWAY FROM AMD OR ELSE), sell products below cost to force a competitor into bankrupcy, spread rumors etc they should be stopped and made accountable.

EU or european companies have no vested interest here since this is a case between to US companies. But in the long run everybody will loose if such practices are not stopped. Which is what EU is doing. Contrary to USA we dont have to many stupid or corrupt judges here.
