Microsoft promises free game after online woes

I spoke with MS regarding this (Important)!: I just spoke with MS & they did not provide me with any information as to when those free downloads will be available. In addition, they did not provide me with any titles that will be available.

I also requested a partial refund towards the $50.00 annual fee and the supervisor that I had spoken to by the name of William couldn't provide any sort of refund, however, he escalated my case to someone higher up in MS. I requested a response to my request within 72 hours.
