Ballmer is one shrewd CEO
Ballmer (SteveB to us in the loop) is one brilliant and shrewd CEO. There is no monopoly and he is correct! There is plenty of choice out there, although I do not understand why anyone would want choices in terms of their OS and applications. I MANDATED a full migration to Microsoft technologies back in the Windows 2000 wave and we have never looked back. The utter power and flexibility of the MS offerings allow our firm to perform acts of wonderance that leave our competitors befuddled and our customers in a totally dependent state. My MCSE's have validated it.
