The "Holy Grail" of enterprise software is an e-mail based workflow engine?
Please don't tell Yahoo, AOL, etc., they think it's instant messaging.
Don't tell Oracle, PeopleSoft or SAP, they think it's ERP.
And for heaven's sake don't tell Microsoft, they think it's an "office productivity" suite inexorably linked to your network file server, security model and user authentication.
