My opinion is that which states that those people who say that they don't "need" IT are those that are having to rely on your Best Buy Geek Squads of the world for their "IT" support. Last time I checked, the average user in a company with an in-house IT department did not have to wait hours or days to be seen by a "specialist" from a retail store chain, who claims they're one of the highest skilled in the business. I guess you cannot expect too much from your 16-year old teenie bopper who does not know what a tool kit is and seems to be barely young enough to drive one of those stupid looking VW bugs.

Enough said!!!!
