Blow ups and why they happen - its team buildig
Those kids that didn't speak up in class, didn't participate, didn't contribute to the process in any visible way are the same ones with long memories of every unintended and intended rude thing directed towards them. Eventually there are blow ups; sometimes they are postal. I think this team building experiment now going on is part of that. I think the failed marriages are part of that.

We - the ones living in the USA - are much better off venting in chat rooms, on blogs and via email and doing that at the work place. It makes us far more productive. We should be helping the silent "people skill" listeners learn be more direct and logical and even sarcastic. Does anyone disagree? How do we get this out into the general press? Its good isn't it?
