I'm just stating whats really happening
If Windows didn't come with a browser how do you think people would go about putting a browser on their PC? They aren't going to go into a dos window to ftp and download one that is for sure. Microsoft saved them the step by including IE with Windows. It adds extra functionality into the OS as well. You ever notice the forward and back buttons in windows explorer? There ya go! Opera really doesn't have a chance in this complaint.
