This lady would be a bonanza to the Tech field! After all, once womb to the tomb health care is finally put into place by her - just think of the possibilities!

Mandatory health smart cards issued at birth, data storage and data mining to keep those records available (along with billing records, and those soon to be jailed Doctors who would, horror of horrors - accept cash payments to treat patients!!! This would involve linking of IRS and other Treasury records but heck - what is the cost of a little liberty so one can get Womb to the Tomb Care!) would be a total boon to the tech field. And just a start, too.
