That's my Bush!
That's the problem when you elect a president who who cannot think for himself and must rely on his advisors. If he gets bad advice, he goes with it because that's all he can do.

Personally I think he got elected because everyone knew he had such intelligent people behind him like Cheney, Powell, and Rice (love them or hate them, they ARE smart people) and thought that they could fill in his holes. But there are certain time and certain subjects where he can't rely on them, and advice on the tech industry is one of those subjects.
