You being a linux fanboy just want to turn it into a MS vs. linux debate. Don't get me wrong, these laptops would be better off with Windows on them so these kids could at least be compatible with the rest of the world with their software but that is not the issue here.

Like I told you in the other post, you are comparing hardware to software, apples to oranges. Your fanboyism is showing again and this time you are so desperately grasping at straws you had to bring something totally unrelated into this. Just admit it, this project was a failure do to feature creep, increased prices, charging double, running linux, and expecting the U.S. to fund it. All makes for a bad situation for the OLPC.
