Just a quick note you may not see good tech support in the future as I and a good many others have decided to leave the field as it costs to much to stay up to date and at $9 a hr it's just not worth it to stay in it. There go's 60 grand and 14 years of experience up in smoke. So best advice is learn as much as you can without going to support.
