Can baking soda curb global warming?

I still dont understand why we dont use neuclear.

I lived next to a plant for 10 years, never a problem. Power worked fine until a hurricane, but after it was fixed, we went back to taking it for granted.

Yes it has waste, but no emissions. The waste can be stored in a safe place and they are working on ways to remove the really bad stuff quickly. If not, the really bad stuff is gone in 10 years or so.

Yes, i realize there are other methods, wind, water, solar, sea, but not all of them are available everywhere and not all are available on the scale needed with the space provided.

I truely think solar will be the end all, but until we get the conversion rate maxed out, we have to look at other solutions.
