GameStop: Disappointing outlook for holiday season

The reason why Gamestop is suffering

...is clear. They simply don't carry games that are in demand, and when they do, they don't have enough stock. Furthermore, their employees are downright rude.

I have been trying to get a copy of Battletoads for the longest time, and I have had nothing but problems with Gamestop.
