and I can't prove this but it's a pretty good guess, that software licensing is going to start dropping because Open Source applications are maturing and getting to the point where they can start to replace the proprietary ones.
And since the Open Source apps are either free or very low licensing cost (look at MoneyDance as an example, while not truly Open Source it does run on Linux, Windows and Macintosh all for $35.00 I get free updates AND it's a one time fee, I have the application installed on my system.). Budgets are shrinking and the economy is starting to look a little bleak.
