This is snake oil
Anybody that knows anything about the laws of thermodynamics knows this this if a hoax.

We have been generating electricity from temperature differentials for decades (thermocouples, peltier devices, etc). The hoax here is that they claim you don't need the temperature differential. And any time you need to first create the differential (as they state at some point), you will end up extracting less energy than you put in.

Even Homer Simpson knew better:

"Lisa, in this house we obey the laws of thermodynamics!"
