Smoke and mirrors. Magically creating another 'state' of a material is hogwash. Basic thermodynamics, no heat differential, no energy gradient to steal power from. If you add potential differences (e.g. batter), then it does work, til it runs down. You cannot extract anything from temperature if there is no difference in temperature to exploit. That is shown by the practical examples. If this was possible, a few square miles of the stuff folded up in a living room could power the country. One must ask how likely this is. Sadly, nobody seems to know enough science NOT to have to ask.
