45 PSI - is not very high pressure
We have 45 PSI at our faucets, I've measured it. We consider our water pressure low. We have friends that have over 90 psi. They have to have a pressure reducer to bring it down to 60 psi for their home.

But if the flow is high 45 psi can provide a lot of power.
