On topic:
Speech recognition is getting better, but still slow, buggy, and cumbersome to use.

Handwriting everything to your PC... ugh, no thanks. I type much faster than I write and it's much easier on my hands. Now if only we could move away from this QWERTY keyboard...

People certainly do like touch screens for some reason. I think they have their place but on phones, ATMs, and such I don't like it. I suppose it's the trend of the future though. We're all destined to be using overpriced, bulky, laggy, touch-operated cell phones in the future. I just wish there were more options than the cell phone / entertainment device, which is our only option now. Utilitarian phones, please!
