That $350 needs upgrades though

Sure you can play some games but you will always find that one game you want to play that just doesn't work well if at all on that cheap system. Where as if you buy a console all the games work no problem.

Personally I'd still go with the PC though but I'd get a better on for $1200 instead. Chance are you still are going to have a PC and if you want the games you might as well pony the cash for good PC to do it. By the way $1200 gets you a very good gaming PC you could easily skimp and knock that price back by $500 or more by going with last years video card, a little less ram, little less disk space, lesser sound card, regular keyboard/mouse, slower processor and not as fancy of a MOBO. Only thing is you'll be upgrading sooner. That's what I do. I go with the cheaper video cards a buy a new every year.
