that's not correct
Windows Vista do not have windows messenger installed. It has a link to download the program from the internet if you want. Wath is appening is that the machine builder include in is package distribution lots of software like Skype, and of course Windows Messenger. I think that this fines that are being applied to Microsoft is not the answer. They build most of the systems that we all use today. Even linux and most of all distributions are getting simillar to windows with that I think that they define the way that computer technology are being defining.
