The industry giants have no excuse - fraud is "knowingly" apply where prior art exists In large companies where pressure to submit 1000's of patents a year exist but little resource to properly research to catch the "internal" rogue then it becomes a corporate issue. Turning a blind eye by all would soon end with one CEO facing a fraud charge!
