George, with due respect, here again you are conveniently leaving out the vast army of knowledgeable and competent people out here. This is no longer mid-1980s MSDOS/Macintosh territory, with everyone running to learn what needs to be done next to bring it on. We are 20 years down the track, supplying and installing systems many thousands of times more powerful than the University mainframes of that period. There is a whole generation now who unlike us old farts who built crystal sets as kids simply cannot imagine a world without computers and the Internet. The online support is phenomenal, and with the Internet a global community of expertise in a mature and vigorous IT culture is available. We must move on finally. Gil.
