missing element
George, the key element missing in your equation is the army of very highly competent technical people out here well positioned to intervene between the retailer and the client. Our experience is that your competitive retail model is grossly short on after sales service and support, there on the ground where it needs to be. As a result systems suffer extended downtime and even when running run slowly and inefficiently. The business then becomes one of anger and frustration management instead of people just being able to get on with the job. Gil.
