- EU Decision on Microsoft
- This article seems to indicate that Microsoft wouldn't necessarily have to follow the ruling from the Court of First Instance which said that they were in violation of antitrust laws over there. If they don't follow this ruling, wouldn't they be somehow sanctioned?
