RE: SCO Group admits it may fold
The stockholders of SCO ought to sue the pants off the CEO and the rest of the management team for diminishing the value of the company. Isn't what they did amount to breaching their fiduciary duty to the stockholders by squandering the company's assets??? Poetic justice would be for Novell to take all of SCO's assets as satisfaction of court imposed judgeement. And if I were Novell, the first thing I would do is to have that jackass of a CEO dragged out of the office.
