All I can recall is that you defended the practice of threatening to sue end users while ignoring the developers on the grounds that the developers didn't have any money anyway. You may also have defended SCO's decision to not publicly disclose the allegedly infringing code, or even privately to the developers unless they signed an NDA.

Don't recall if you thought SCO had a good chance of winning.
