Drop in marketshare, thought they wanted them to cooperate
and operate as a legal monopoly. If they wanted to reduce marketshare, shouldn't they have broken the company up or divided the market up amongst the friends of court . . competitors? In the E of U, was this suppose to reduce MS marketshare and raise marketshare for some unnamed companies, or to open up protocols and stop putting roadblocks before competitors? And what will they do if for some ungodly reason, the marketshare doesn't drop or drop enough?
