Fine, name another OS that:
i) Threatened customers and competitors if they supported a web browser not of
their own making
ii) Withheld interoperability information
iii) Withheld their OS from OEMs supporting alternative OSes
iv) Prohibited OEMs from selling hardware with competitor OS and applications
v) Licensed other people technologies providing cross platform solutions and
deliberately broke it's cross platform utility.
vi) Tried to write into OEM contracts total patent protection
vii) Broke competitor solutions and refused to provide information required to fix
it

It isn't about the inclusion of WMP, it about a record of "past and continuing"
abuse of consumers by an abusive monopoly that doesn't even have a problem
with fabricating evidence in court.
