Ask the people in the Ukraine or Belarus how they feel about have a nuke in their back yard?

There is significant probability that our current reactor designs are susceptible to EMP attack. (No way to really test them, except for the real thing.)

I.E. One weapon detonating in Low Earth Orbit could disable all cooling and control systems on fifty plus reactors simultaneously.

Just think fifty Chernobyl's going off at once.. where do you run to?? (P.S. It's doubtful that your car will start after an EMP blast.)
