Fight Back
Scary how long the arm of the law is getting, but I would suggest that those is such states that levy high taxes on tobacco form themselves a group to oust such law makers putting an unusually heavy yoke upon their necks.

It is those who sit idly by that have no grounds on which to stand, nor do I have much compassion for those that forget quickly the outrage they held against such policies and lawmakers. I myself am a non-smoker in Delaware where our state lawmakers outlawed public smoking and all the smokers manage to do is complain without boycotting those establishments they are not allowed to smoke in which would decrease revenue that would spark a backlash from said establishments and also erode the tax base that heavily relies on business tax.

It is sad what we allow in this country.
